1. What Planet Cool is

Planet Cool (planetcool.in) lists independent AC service businesses and routes customer enquiries to them. Technicians are independent providers, not employees or agents of Planet Cool. The service contract for any job is directly between the customer and the technician.

2. Rates

Rates shown are indicative market ranges. The final quote is confirmed on inspection, within the shown range; add-on work (piping, core cutting etc.) is measured and written on the invoice before work starts.

3. Bookings & payment

No advance is payable to Planet Cool or the technician for standard bookings. Customers pay the technician directly after the job (UPI or cash). Planet Cool charges no commission on customer payments.

4. The Planet Cool Promise (partner obligations)

Partners agree to: rate-card pricing, ID verification, no advance-payment demands, arriving in the booked slot or informing the customer, and accepting honest ratings on every job. Repeat verified complaints, fake reviews or rate-card violations lead to suspension or permanent removal without refund of listing fees.

5. Subscriptions & auto-pay

Paid plans renew per their cycle until cancelled. Auto-pay mandates are processed by Razorpay under their terms. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period remains active (see Refund Policy).

6. Liability

Planet Cool verifies identity and moderates ratings but does not perform, supervise or guarantee the services themselves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Planet Cool’s liability for any claim is limited to the platform fees (if any) paid by the claimant in the preceding 3 months.

7. Acceptable use

No fraudulent bookings, scraping, fake reviews, or misuse of partner contact data. We may suspend access for violations.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Thane/Kalyan, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. By using planetcool.in you accept these terms.
