1. What we collect

Customers: name, mobile number, address/landmark and service details when you book. Partners: business name, owner name, mobile, service areas, services, rate ranges, logo and work photos, plus KYC documents (Aadhaar/PAN, business proof) shared during verification. Everyone: basic technical data (device, pages visited) via cookies/analytics to keep the site working and improve it.

2. How we use it

To route your booking to a technician, to display partner profiles publicly, to verify partners, to send booking/renewal messages on WhatsApp, and to keep the marketplace honest (ratings, complaint handling).

3. What we share

Your booking details (name, number, address, problem) are shared only with the technician assigned to your job. Payment card/UPI mandate data is handled by Razorpay and never stored on our servers. We never sell your personal data.

4. Reviews

Reviews are published with your first name after moderation and are linked to completed bookings.

5. Retention & your rights

We keep data while your account/booking history is active and as required by law. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your data any time on WhatsApp support; verification documents of removed partners are deleted after the legally required period.

6. Updates

We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date changes when we do. Continued use of planetcool.in means you accept the current version.
