Our process

1. Quick screening of all three ACs
The technician first checks cooling, airflow, noise and visible issues on all three units. ACs are tagged as OK, weak cooling or not cooling so you clearly see which one needs more attention.

2. Electrical health check for the full setup
Power load, wiring quality, sockets and MCB for the complete AC circuit are inspected. This helps catch problems like overloaded circuits, loose connections or low voltage that affect multiple units.

3. Detailed diagnosis. AC 1, AC 2 and AC 3
Each Window AC is opened one by one. The technician examines fan motor, blower, compressor starting, thermostat, PCB, sensors and signs of gas issues. Findings are shared with you unit wise.

4. Minor repairs and optimisation
Loose wiring and terminals are fixed, contact points are cleaned, thermostat settings are corrected and filters are cleaned. Any quick fixes that can bring back cooling are done on all three ACs.

5. Final test and comparison
All three units are run together. The technician checks ampere reading, air throw and temperature for each unit and confirms whether they are cooling as per their tonnage and room size.

6. Unit wise repair recommendations
You receive a simple summary listing which AC is healthy, which needs parts soon and which is not worth repairing. If spare parts or gas filling are required, separate estimates are given for each AC.

Q4. Can you also do basic cleaning during repair
Yes. Filter cleaning and small dust removal around the coil is included as part of the repair process. For full foam jet deep cleaning, you should book the cleaning service.

Q5. Is gas filling covered for any of the three ACs
No. Gas filling is not part of this package. If gas is low in one or more units, the technician will advise the correct gas filling option based on tonnage and gas type.
