Our process

1. Pre service checks for both ACs
The technician checks basic cooling, airflow, noise, and power supply for each Window AC. Any visible problems like ice on coils, heavy dust, or water dripping are listed so you know the starting condition of both units.

2. Electrical and safety inspection
Power is switched off. Plug, socket, wiring, stabilizer, MCB rating and earthing for both ACs are checked. Loose or unsafe connections are highlighted and corrected where possible.

3. Mechanical and cooling diagnosis. AC 1 and AC 2
Front grills and filters are removed. For each unit the technician checks fan motor, blower, compressor starting, thermostat response, gas line frost and sensor placement. You get a simple explanation of what is wrong with each AC.

4. Minor repairs and adjustments
Loose terminals are tightened, minor wiring faults are fixed, contact points are cleaned and filters are washed. Any small adjustments that can restore proper cooling are done for both ACs.

5. Test run for both ACs
Both Window ACs are restarted one by one. The technician checks ampere reading, temperature drop, airflow, vibration and noise for each unit and confirms whether performance is back to normal.

6. Repair estimate if parts are required
If any AC needs a new capacitor, fan motor, thermostat, PCB or compressor work, you get a separate estimate for that unit along with a clear go or no go suggestion.
