Our process

1. Cooling and fault verification

2. Leak inspection

A vacuum pump is connected to remove air and moisture from the refrigerant circuit. This step is critical for stable cooling and compressor safety. Skipping vacuum leads to weak cooling and early compressor failure.

5. Refrigerant charging as per rating
Gas is filled based on AC tonnage, gas type, and manufacturer specification. Charging is done using gauges and correct pressure/temperature standards. Where possible, charging is matched to factory weight.

6. Final cooling test
