About the service

Our Split AC Installation for 2 AC units is for homes, offices, clinics and shops that want two Split ACs installed in one visit. This service supports 0.75 ton, 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton Split ACs, including inverter and non inverter models of any brand.

You can install two same ton units or two different tonnages in a single booking. Example. 1 ton + 1 ton, 1 ton + 1.5 ton, 1.5 ton + 2 ton, etc. We handle complete indoor and outdoor unit mounting, standard piping, wiring connection, vacuum and leak testing for both ACs so they cool properly from day one.

Our process

1. Site check and planning for both ACs
The technician inspects both rooms and suggested outdoor locations. They check wall strength, outdoor space, power point position and drain route for each unit. Based on tonnage and layout, they decide indoor mounting position and outdoor placement for both ACs.

2. Indoor unit mounting . AC 1 and AC 2
Mounting plates are fixed on strong, level walls for each room. Indoor units are positioned to avoid direct airflow on the face and to keep proper gap from ceiling and side walls. Holes for pipes and drain are marked and drilled for both ACs.

3. Outdoor unit mounting for both ACs
Outdoor units are placed on wall brackets or floor stands as per site condition. Units are leveled properly to minimize vibration. Sufficient clearance is kept around each outdoor unit for hot air throw and future service.

4. Piping, drain and wiring connection
Copper pipes with insulation, drain pipes and interconnecting cables are routed between each indoor and outdoor unit within standard length. Joints are tightened properly to avoid gas leakage. Drain pipes are set with proper slope so water flows out smoothly without dripping inside.

5. Vacuum and leak test for both systems
A vacuum pump is used on each AC circuit to remove air and moisture. Joints are checked for leaks using proper methods. This step protects the compressor and ensures stable cooling, especially important for inverter models.

6. Gas release and dual performance test
The factory charged refrigerant is released in both ACs. Each Split AC is started in cooling mode. The technician checks airflow, temperature drop, vibration, noise and drainage for both units and confirms proper operation before handover.

• Ladder or safe access if any outdoor unit is at height

Yes. You can install any combination. 0.75 ton, 1 ton, 1.5 ton or 2 ton, inverter or non inverter.

Q2. Is gas filling included
No. For a new factory charged unit, gas filling is usually not required. If a used unit needs gas topping due to earlier work, gas filling is extra.

Q3. Does this include stabilizer and new wiring
No. If you already have stabilizers and wiring, technicians will connect to them. New wires, MCB or stabilizer cost is separate.

Q4. How long does installation for 2 Split ACs take
Generally 2 to 4 hours, depending on floor level, wall type, outdoor access and pipe routing distance.

Q5. Will you fix wall finishing after drilling
Small drill points are closed roughly if required. Full wall finishing, repainting or POP work is not part of the service.
