Our Split AC Installation for 1 AC unit is for homes and offices that need a new or existing Split AC installed correctly in one visit. The service supports 0.75 ton, 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton Split ACs, both regular and inverter, for any brand.

Our process

1. Site check and installation planning
The technician checks room size, wall strength, outdoor location, power point position and drain route. Based on tonnage and layout, they decide indoor unit position and outdoor mounting point for best airflow and service access.

2. Indoor unit mounting
The mounting plate is fixed on a strong, level wall. Indoor unit position is set to avoid direct airflow on the face and to keep proper gap from ceiling and side walls. Holes for pipes and drain are marked and drilled.

3. Outdoor unit mounting
The outdoor unit is placed on wall brackets or floor stand as per site. It is leveled properly to reduce vibration and noise. Enough space is kept around the unit for hot air discharge and future service.

4. Copper piping, drain and wiring connection
Copper pipes, insulation, drain pipe and interconnecting cable are routed between indoor and outdoor units within the standard length provided in the plan. Joints are tightened correctly to avoid gas leakage. The drain line is set so that water flows out smoothly without backflow.

5. Vacuum and leak test
A vacuum pump is used to remove air and moisture from the system. Joints are checked for leakage using proper methods. This step is critical for long compressor life and proper cooling in all tonnages.

6. Gas release and performance test
The factory charged refrigerant is released into the circuit. The Split AC is started in cooling mode. The technician checks airflow, temperature drop, noise, vibration and drainage. If readings are satisfactory, the installation is completed and basic functions are explained to you.

No. If you already have a stabilizer or dedicated wiring, the technician will connect to it. New wiring, MCB or stabilizer is extra.

On average 60 to 120 minutes, depending on wall type, outdoor location and routing distance.

Q5. Will you repair wall damage after drilling
Small drill holes for piping are patched roughly. Full wall finishing, painting or POP is not included.

  • Drain choke caused by building plumbing beyond AC drain.
  • Leaks from coils or piping that require replacement. unless you approve the paid repair.
