About the service

Our Portable AC Uninstallation for 2 AC units service is for homes, offices, clinics, shops and PGs where you want to safely remove two portable ACs in one visit.

This service covers 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton portable ACs of any brand. We properly shut down, disconnect and clear the setup of both units so you can shift them, store them or replace them without damaging the ACs, wiring, windows or flooring.

Our process

1. Pre uninstallation inspection for both ACs
The technician checks each unit separately.

• Portable AC tonnage and model. 1 ton, 1.5 ton or 2 ton

• Power plug, socket and extension usage

• Exhaust hose and window kit setup

• Drain method. internal tank, gravity drain or pump

This helps plan a clean and safe removal for both ACs.

2. Power off and safety
Each portable AC is switched off and unplugged. The technician confirms there is no live power at the socket or extension board before proceeding.

3. Stopping operation and draining water
If the ACs were used recently, the technician.

• Ensures both units are completely off and unplugged

• Drains condensed water from tanks or drain hoses

• Makes sure no water is left that can leak when the units are moved

This is very important for 1.5 ton and 2 ton portable ACs that collect more water during long runs.

4. Disconnecting exhaust hose and window kits
For each AC.

• The exhaust hose is detached from the unit

• The window kit or exhaust plate is removed carefully

• Temporary sealing or tape is removed and basic cleaning is done

The window is left usable again. Full glass or carpentry work is not included.

5. Detaching drain pipes or pump lines
If any unit uses a continuous drain pipe or pump, it is disconnected and remaining water is drained to avoid leakage while shifting.

6. Area tidy up and unit placement
The technician wipes any visible water or dirt around the AC locations.
Both portable units are moved to the place you choose. for example, near the entrance or a storage area.

Remotes, exhaust hoses, window kits and drain pipes are kept together with the correct AC so you do not lose parts when shifting.

• Clear access to both portable ACs and their windows

• Switch or MCB access to cut power if required

• Space to keep two units, hoses and window kits after removal

• If you are shifting, basic packing material or trolley if needed

• Information if any unit has cracks, heavy water leakage or prior damage

Yes. It covers most 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton portable ACs from common brands.

Q2. Can the two portable ACs be in different rooms
Yes. As long as both units are at the same address and accessible in one visit, they can be in separate rooms.

Q3. Will you reinstall these units at our new place
No. This booking is only for uninstallation. For setup at the new location, you need a separate Portable AC Installation service.

Q4. Will you repair or modify the window after removing the kit
The window kit and temporary sealing are removed and the area is left usable. Full glass repair, carpentry or permanent sealing is not included.

Q5. What happens to the water inside the AC
The technician drains tanks and hoses before moving the units so water does not spill during shifting.

Q6. Do you need to handle gas while uninstalling portable ACs
No. During normal uninstallation we do not open the refrigeration circuit. Refrigerant stays sealed inside the unit.

Q7. How long does uninstallation of 2 portable ACs take
Typically 40 to 70 minutes, depending on access, hose routing and drain setup.
