Our Process
1. Pre-uninstallation inspection for both ACs

Technicians inspect each unit individually.

  • Tonnage and model. 1.5 ton to 5 ton

  • Piping length and routing

  • Drainage setup

  • Electrical wiring and MCB load

  • Floor placement or stand support

  • Previous repair history

This ensures safe planning for dismantling both ACs.

2. Power shutdown and safety

  • Power supply turned off

  • MCB or isolator disconnected

  • Voltage checked to ensure zero live current

  • Safety gear used during pipe and wire removal

3. Gas system protection & pipe disconnection

  • Gas line sealed without opening the circuit

  • Copper pipes detached carefully

  • Drain line disconnected and moisture drained

  • Wiring, terminals and PCB connections removed safely

This prevents gas leakage or pipe bending while removing two units.

4. Panel removal and internal disconnection

For both tower ACs.

  • Front and back panels opened

  • Internal wiring disconnected

What is not covered
  • Damage due to voltage fluctuation without stabilizer. water ingress. pest or physical abuse.
  • Civil works. painting. concealed piping. false ceiling work. unless listed in the service.
  • Drain choke caused by building plumbing beyond AC drain.
  • Leaks from coils or piping that require replacement. unless you approve the paid repair.
