No. Gas filling is not bundled. If low gas is found on any cassette AC, gas filling is charged separately per unit after your approval.

Yes. Water leakage is usually due to blocked drain, dirty tray or drain pump issue on that specific unit. It can be repaired without disturbing the other AC, unless both share a bad common drain line.
