About the service

Our Cassette AC Installation for 2 AC units is for offices, shops, showrooms, clinics, restaurants and homes where you want two ceiling cassette ACs installed correctly in a single visit.

This service covers 0.75 ton, 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton cassette ACs, inverter and non inverter, of any brand. We handle indoor cassette mounting, outdoor unit installation, copper piping, drain connection and basic power hookup within standard installation scope so both cassette ACs deliver even cooling and safe operation.

Best for.

  • Two cabins or cabins plus reception

  • Two showrooms or treatment rooms

  • Two cassette ACs in a large hall or living room zone

  • Re installation of 2 existing cassette units after shifting or renovation

Our process

1. Site check and layout planning for both ACs
The technician inspects.

  • Room sizes and layout for both locations

  • False ceiling height and structure

  • Suitable indoor cassette positions for air throw

  • Practical outdoor unit locations

  • Possible routes for copper pipes, drain pipes and interconnecting cables

They then finalise the best position for each cassette AC and its outdoor unit.

2. Indoor cassette positioning and mounting . AC 1 and AC 2
For each cassette unit.

  • Mounting points are marked and level checked

  • Ceiling structure support points are identified

  • Suspension rods or brackets are fixed securely

  • Indoor unit is lifted and fixed so grill is level and flush with ceiling

Correct leveling is essential to avoid water leakage and uneven airflow on both units.

3. Outdoor unit installation for both ACs
Outdoor units are installed.

  • On wall brackets, floor stands or terrace as per site condition

  • With sufficient gap for airflow and service access

  • On stable support to reduce vibration and noise

4. Copper piping, drain and cabling
For each cassette AC.

  • Copper pipes are run with proper flaring and insulation

  • Drain pipe is routed with correct slope so water flows out freely

  • Interconnecting cable is connected between indoor and outdoor units

Standard length of pipe and drain is included. Any extra length, core cutting or heavy civil work is extra.

5. Vacuum and leak test (both units)
A vacuum pump is used to remove air and moisture from the piping for each system.
All joints are checked for leaks. This protects compressor life and cooling performance, especially in inverter cassette ACs.

6. Gas release and testing
Factory charged refrigerant is released into each system.
Both cassette ACs are started in cooling mode. The technician checks.

  • Airflow from all sides of each cassette

  • Temperature drop at supply air

  • Noise and vibration of indoor and outdoor units

  • Drainage from both units to ensure no water backflow or dripping inside

7. Handover and usage training
You get a basic demo for both ACs on.

  • Using modes, temperature, fan speed and swing

  • Recommended temperature range for comfort and power saving

  • How often to clean filters and when to book service
