By booking a service with Planet Cool, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of Services
Planet Cool provides on-demand HVAC services including AC installation, repair, cleaning, gas refilling, and AMC services. Since our services involve technician scheduling, travel, and operational costs, refunds are governed by specific conditions.
2. Cancellation Before Service
Eligible for Full Refund
A 100% refund will be issued if:
- The service is cancelled before a technician is assigned, or
- The cancellation request is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time.
Partial Refund
A partial refund may be issued if:
- The service is cancelled after technician assignment but before arrival.
- Travel or operational costs have already been incurred.
The refundable amount will be determined based on expenses already incurred.
3. Cancellation After Technician Arrival
No refund will be issued if:
- The technician has already arrived at the service location, or
- The service has already started.
