- Customers will receive booking confirmations and updates via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

- Customers may receive service tracking links to monitor technician status and job progress.
- Tracking information is provided for convenience and transparency and may be subject to technical limitations.
- Planet Cool is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or external factors.
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

8. Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
