Frequently asked questions
Q1. Is this service valid for all cassette AC brands
Yes. It covers most 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton cassette ACs from common residential and commercial brands.
Q2. Will you repair, close or repaint the false ceiling after removal
No. We only remove the AC and hardware safely. Any false ceiling framing, patching, POP or painting should be done by your interior or civil contractor.
Q3. Can you reinstall these three cassette ACs at a new location
This booking is only for uninstallation of 3 units. For setup at the new site, you need to book a separate Cassette AC Installation service.
Q4. What happens to the refrigerant gas inside the ACs
In standard uninstallation we do not open the sealed refrigeration circuit. Gas remains inside the system. If you need formal gas recovery for compliance, that is a separate specialised service and must be discussed in advance.
Q5. How long does cassette AC uninstallation for 3 units take
Typically 2 to 4 hours, depending on ceiling height, outdoor access, pipe routing and overall site complexity.
Q6. Can the three cassette ACs be in different rooms or different sides of the floor
Yes. As long as all three ACs are at the same address and accessible in one visit, they can be in different rooms or zones.
Q7. Can you also remove the indoor rods and outdoor brackets
Yes. Removal of indoor hanging hardware and outdoor brackets or stands can be done as part of the visit if accessible. Wall repair, plaster and painting are not included.
