Frequently asked questions
Q1. Is this service valid for all brands of cassette AC
Yes. It covers most 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton cassette ACs of leading brands.
Q2. Will you repair or rebuild the false ceiling after removing the unit
No. We safely remove the cassette and connections and leave the opening accessible. False ceiling framing, patching and finishing must be done by your interior or civil contractor.
Q3. Will you reinstall the cassette AC at a new location
This booking is only for uninstallation. For installation at a new site, you need to book a separate Cassette AC Installation service.
Q4. What happens to the refrigerant gas inside the AC
In standard uninstallation we do not open the sealed refrigeration circuit. The gas remains inside the unit or piping. If you specifically want gas recovery as per policy, it is a separate job and must be discussed in advance.
Q5. How long does cassette AC uninstallation for 1 unit take
Normally 60 to 120 minutes, depending on ceiling height, access to outdoor unit and site conditions.
Q6. Can you also remove the brackets and stands
Yes. Removal of indoor hanging hardware and outdoor brackets or stands can be done as part of the visit if accessible. Wall repair or painting is not included.
