About the service

Our Cassette AC Installation for 3 AC units is for offices, shops, showrooms, clinics, restaurants, gyms and large homes where you want three ceiling cassette ACs installed correctly in one visit.

This service covers 0.75 ton, 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton cassette ACs, inverter and non inverter, of any brand. We handle indoor cassette mounting, outdoor unit installation, copper piping, drain connection and basic power hookup within standard installation limits so all three cassette ACs deliver even cooling and safe, stable performance.

Best for.

  • 3 cabins. or 2 cabins plus reception

  • Large halls divided into 3 cooling zones

  • Clinics, salons, restaurants and showrooms with multiple cassette points

  • Re installation of 3 cassette ACs after shifting or renovation

Our process

1. Site check and layout planning for all 3 ACs
The technician inspects.

  • Room size and layout for each cassette location

  • False ceiling height and structure strength

  • Best indoor cassette positions for air throw and coverage

  • Possible outdoor unit locations for each AC

  • Practical routing for copper pipes, drain pipes and interconnecting cables

Then they finalise a clear plan for all three cassette ACs so cooling is balanced and future service access is possible.

2. Indoor cassette mounting . AC 1 . AC 2 . AC 3
For each cassette unit.

  • Mounting area is marked and level checked

  • Ceiling support points are identified in slab or framing

  • Suspension rods or brackets are fixed firmly

  • Indoor unit is lifted and fixed so the grill is level and aligned with the ceiling

Correct leveling is critical to prevent water leakage and uneven airflow across all three ACs.

3. Outdoor unit installation for 3 ACs
Outdoor units are installed.

  • On wall brackets, floor stands or terrace as per site

  • With enough clearance for airflow and maintenance

  • On stable, level support to control vibration and noise

Positioning is chosen to avoid hot air recirculation and allow service access.

4. Copper piping, drain and cabling
For each cassette AC.

  • Copper pipes are connected with proper flaring and full insulation

  • Drain pipe is routed with continuous slope so water flows out without pooling

  • Interconnecting cable is run between indoor and outdoor units

Standard pipe and drain length per unit is included. Extra length, major wall cutting or heavy civil work is billed separately.

5. Vacuum and leak test for all 3 systems
A vacuum pump is used on each system to remove air and moisture from the pipes.
All joints are checked for leakage. This step protects compressors and cooling efficiency, especially important for inverter cassette ACs.

6. Gas release and performance test
Factory refrigerant is released into each system. All three cassette ACs are run in cooling mode. The technician checks.

  • Airflow from all four sides of every cassette

  • Temperature drop at supply vents

  • Indoor and outdoor noise and vibration

  • Drainage from each unit to confirm no backflow or dripping inside

Any deviation is corrected before handover.

7. Handover and usage guidance
You get a short demo for each AC.

  • How to use modes, temperature, fan speed and swing

  • Recommended set temperature for comfort and power saving

  • How often to clean filters and when to schedule routine servicing

Frequently asked questions

Q1. Is this service valid for all four tonnages
Yes. It covers 0.75 ton, 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton cassette ACs, inverter and non inverter.

Q2. Are wiring and MCB included in the installation price
No. We use existing ready power points. Any new wiring, MCB, isolator or stabilizer is treated as separate electrical work.

Q3. Does this include gas filling
New cassette ACs are factory charged. In a normal fresh installation no additional gas is needed. For old or relocated units with low gas, gas filling is charged separately.

Q4. Will you rebuild or redesign the false ceiling
No. Only minor access cuts can be coordinated. Full false ceiling framing, design or finishing is not part of standard AC installation.

Q5. How long does installation of 3 cassette ACs take
Typically one full working day depending on ceiling height, distance to outdoor units and site complexity.

Q6. Can the three cassette ACs be in different rooms or floors
Yes. As long as they are at the same address and accessible in one visit, they can be placed in different rooms or levels.
