Our Cassette AC Installation for 1 AC unit is for offices, shops, showrooms, clinics and homes that want one ceiling cassette AC installed properly for clean, even cooling.

This service covers 0.75 ton, 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton cassette ACs, inverter and non inverter, of any brand. We handle indoor cassette mounting, outdoor unit installation, copper piping, drain connection and power hookup as per standard installation scope so your new cassette AC starts cooling safely and efficiently.

Our process

1. Site visit and planning
The technician checks.

  • Room size and layout

  • False ceiling design and height

  • Possible indoor cassette position

  • Outdoor unit location and support

  • Path for copper pipes, drain pipe and cable

They then finalise the best position for indoor cassette and outdoor unit for safe service access and proper air throw.

2. Indoor cassette positioning and support
The mounting area is marked and leveled.

  • Proper support points are identified in the ceiling structure

  • Suspension rods or brackets are fixed as per unit design

  • Indoor unit is lifted and fixed at correct height so grill is flush and level with the ceiling

Correct leveling is critical to avoid water leakage and uneven airflow.

3. Outdoor unit installation
The outdoor unit is installed at a suitable place.

  • On wall brackets, floor stand or terrace as per site condition

  • With enough gap around for airflow and future service

  • On level support to reduce vibration and noise

4. Copper piping, drain and cabling
The technician connects.

  • Copper pipes with proper flaring and insulation

  • Drain pipe with correct slope so water flows out smoothly

  • Interconnecting cable between indoor and outdoor units

Standard pipe length and drain length are included as per plan. Extra length, core cutting or heavy civil work is chargeable.

5. Vacuum and leak test
A vacuum pump is used to remove air and moisture from the piping.
All joints are checked for leaks. This step protects the compressor and cooling performance, especially for inverter cassette ACs.

6. Gas release and performance test
Factory charged refrigerant is released into the system.
The AC is started in cooling mode and the technician checks.

  • Airflow from all sides of the cassette

  • Temperature drop at outlets

  • Noise and vibration of indoor and outdoor units

  • Drainage to confirm no water is returning inside

7. Handover and basic training
You get a short demo on.

  • Using modes, temperature, fan speed and swing

  • Recommended temperature range

  • Basic filter cleaning and service gap

  • Accessible place for outdoor unit with permission to fix brackets or stand

  • Working electrical line, MCB and isolator as required for the tonnage

Q1. Is this service valid for 0.75 ton, 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton cassette ACs
Yes. The installation service supports all four tonnages for inverter and non inverter cassette ACs of any major brand.

Q2. Is electrical wiring and MCB included
No. Existing ready power points are used. Any new wiring, MCB, isolator or stabilizer is treated as extra work.

Q3. Does this include gas filling
New units come factory charged. In normal installation, no extra gas is needed. If a used system needs gas top up, gas filling is charged separately.

Q4. Will you modify the false ceiling completely
Minor access cutting can be discussed. Full false ceiling modification, framing or finishing is not part of standard installation and may need a carpenter or ceiling contractor.

Q5. How long does cassette AC installation for 1 unit take
Typically 3 to 5 hours, depending on ceiling height, pipe routing distance and site complexity.

Q6. Can you reinstall an old cassette AC removed from another site
Yes. As long as the unit is in workable condition, this service can be used as re installation, with any additional repair or gas work billed separately.

  • Civil works. painting. concealed piping. false ceiling work. unless listed in the service.
  • Drain choke caused by building plumbing beyond AC drain.
  • Leaks from coils or piping that require replacement. unless you approve the paid repair.
