Our process
1. Pre uninstallation check
The technician checks.
-
Portable AC tonnage and model
-
Power plug and socket condition
-
Exhaust hose and window kit setup
-
Drain method. tank, hose or pump
This helps plan a clean and safe removal.
2. Power off and safety
The unit is switched off and unplugged. The technician makes sure there is no live power at the socket or extension board before touching anything.
3. Stopping operation and draining water
If the AC was recently used, the technician waits briefly, then.
-
Switches off and unplugs
-
Drains condensed water from the tank or drain hose
-
Makes sure no water is left that can leak during movement
This is important for 1.5 ton and 2 ton units which usually collect more water during long runs.
4. Disconnecting exhaust hose and window kit
The exhaust hose is detached from the unit and from the window kit.
Window plate or kit is removed carefully so the window can be used normally again. Minor gaps may be closed roughly. full carpentry or glass work is not included.
5. Detaching drain pipe or pump line
If your portable AC uses a continuous drain pipe or pump line, it is disconnected and any remaining water is drained out safely so it does not spill during transport.
6. Cleaning area and moving the unit
The technician wipes any spilled water and basic dust around the AC area.
The portable AC is then moved to the place you indicate. for example, near the exit door or a storage corner.
Loose items like remote, hose, drain pipe and window kit are kept together with the unit so you do not lose parts during shifting.
