About the service

Our Split AC Foam Jet Deep Cleaning service is a detailed cleaning process for 0.75 . 1 ton and 1.5 . 2 ton Split ACs of any brand.

Instead of only washing filters, we use AC safe foam and controlled jet cleaning to clean the indoor coil, blower, drain tray and outdoor condenser. This removes deep dust, sticky dirt, fungus and bad smell, and helps your Split AC cool faster with less power.

Our process

1. Pre cleaning check
The technician checks cooling, airflow, noise and drainage and inspects dust level on indoor and outdoor units. This confirms the need for foam jet deep cleaning and ensures the unit is safe to operate.

2. Power off and area protection
Power is turned off from the switch or MCB. The technician covers the wall and furniture around the indoor unit with a service cover or sheet so dirty water and foam do not splash in the room.

3. Indoor coil foam cleaning
AC grade non corrosive foam cleaner is sprayed on the evaporator coil of the indoor unit. The foam breaks down oil, dust, fungus and sticky grime between the fins. After proper dwell time, the coil is rinsed so all dirt flows away through the drain line.

4. Blower and drain tray cleaning
The blower wheel and drain tray are cleaned using foam and water. This helps remove slime and fungus, which are the main reason for bad smell and water leakage.

5. Filter and panel wash
Washable filters, front grill and plastic covers are washed and cleaned separately. Clean filters give better airflow and reduce load on the compressor for both small tonnage and high tonnage Split ACs.

6. Outdoor condenser jet cleaning
If the outdoor unit is safely accessible, the technician uses controlled jet spray to clean the condenser coil and outer body. This helps 1.5 ton and 2 ton units especially, because they handle more heat load and need free airflow for proper cooling.

7. Re assembly and performance test
All parts are refitted. The AC is switched on in cooling mode. The technician checks airflow, cooling, noise level and drainage to confirm that deep cleaning is successful.

Q2. Will deep cleaning fix low cooling completely
If low cooling is mainly due to choked coil, blower and condenser, then foam jet deep cleaning can bring a big improvement.
If the problem is gas leakage, weak compressor or PCB fault, cleaning helps but full repair or gas filling may still be needed.

Q3. Is the foam chemical safe for my AC
Yes. Only AC safe foam is used, designed for aluminium fins and copper tubes. It is rinsed properly so no harmful residue remains.

Q4. Is gas filling included in this service
No. This is a cleaning and maintenance service. Gas filling is a separate job and will be suggested only if required after checking.

Q5. Does tonnage matter for this service
The method is same for 0.75 . 1 ton and 1.5 . 2 ton units. Larger tonnage units often collect more dust on the outdoor coil because they run longer. so outdoor jet cleaning is especially useful for them.
