About the service

Our Split AC Uninstallation for 1 AC unit is for customers who want to safely remove a Split AC from an existing location. This service covers 1 ton, 1.5 ton and 2 ton Split ACs, inverter and non inverter, for any brand.

We remove the indoor unit, outdoor unit and interconnecting pipes carefully so the AC, wall and wiring remain as safe as possible. Ideal when you are shifting, replacing with a new AC or renovating the room.

Best for.

  • Removing Split AC before painting or renovation

  • Shifting 1 Split AC to a new house or office

  • Replacing old Split AC with a new model

  • Vacating a rented flat with installed Split AC

Our process

1. Pre uninstallation check
The technician checks indoor unit mounting, outdoor unit position, pipe routing, drain line and wiring path. They also note the AC tonnage. 1 ton, 1.5 ton or 2 ton. to plan safe removal.

2. Power isolation and safety
Power is switched off from the main switch or MCB. The technician confirms that there is no live power at the AC connection before touching any wiring.

3. Pump down or gas recovery if possible
If the system is in working condition and valves are accessible, the technician may perform a pump down. This is where refrigerant is collected inside the outdoor unit before disconnecting pipes. If the unit is already gasless or badly leaking, this step may be skipped.

4. Disconnecting indoor unit and drain
Indoor unit cover is opened. Drain pipe, copper pipes and wiring are disconnected carefully. Screws and brackets are loosened. The indoor unit is removed from the wall without pulling plaster unnecessarily.

5. Disconnecting outdoor unit and pipes
Outdoor unit power and control wiring are disconnected. Copper pipes are disconnected or cut at suitable points. The outdoor unit is removed from brackets or stand and brought down safely with controlled lifting, important especially for 1.5 ton and 2 ton units.

6. Basic tidy up and handover
Pipes, indoor unit, outdoor unit, remote and loose parts are handed over to you in one place. The wall is left neat within reasonable limits. Full civil restoration is not included.
